'- ~ (/) en en PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE G /c;,5o KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the "Trust Deed," executed by, Chris A. Engel and Laura J. Engel, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 20th day of November 2003, and recorded on the 25th day of November 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200315394, has been partially paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb.
