<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

<br />WlIEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Bill J. Nesiba and Carol A. Nesiba, hereinafter referred
<br />to as "Debtor", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 18th day of
<br />December, 2007, and said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 12th day of February, 2008; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 2007, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of
<br />the estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 3rd day of April, 2008, of his intention to sell real
<br />property at public sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before April 23, 2008, with the Bankruptcy
<br />Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at sale to J.P.S.S.F.S. Enterprises, Inc., 3212 20th Avenue, Kearney, Nebraska,
<br />68847hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", whether one or more, for the amount of Ninety Thousand and No/100 Dollars,
<br />($90,000.00), the following described real property located at 3324 Highway #34, Grand Island, Nebraska, towwit:
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2) in Meadow Lane Fifth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract more particularly
<br />described in Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 81-000700 and EXCEPT a tract more
<br />particularly described in Order recorded as Document No. 82-004554.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and
<br />interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and
<br />completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy
<br />Act might or should sell and convey the same.
<br />
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said
<br />Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
