<br />EASEMENT
<br />
<br />This easement, made this ~CBay of ~ Ma,Y2008, between Alice Spiehs, a
<br />single person, Richard Spiehs and Diane Spiehs, husband and wife, Rex Spiehs and
<br />Karen Spiehs, husband and wife, and Harvey Merrill and Debra Merrill, formerly Debra
<br />Spiehs, husband and wife, Grantors, and Corey A. Spiehs and Sandra D. Spiehs, husband
<br />and wife, as joint tenants, Grantees.

<br />WHEREAS, Grantors are owner of a certain property in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Grantees are the owners of adjacent property,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors are willing to grant Grantees a permanent easement for
<br />ingress and egress to Grantees' property.

<br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantors do hereby grant to the
<br />Grantees, their successors and assigns, ingress and egress only over and upon the real
<br />estate described as follows:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W1/2NE1/4), of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said West Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (W1/2NE1/4); thence running easterly along the north line of said
<br />West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2NE1/4), on an Assumed Bearing
<br />of S88040'55"E, a distance of One Thousand Thirty Three and Seventeen
<br />Hundredths (1033.17) feet, to the northeast corner of Kenneth Spiehs
<br />Subdivision and to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing
<br />S88040'55"E, along the north line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W1/2NE1/4), a distance of Twenty (20.00) feet; thence running
<br />S01019'04"W, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty One and Thirty Six
<br />Hundredths (361.36) feet; thence running N88040'55"W, a distance of
<br />Twenty (20.00) feet, to the southeast corner of Kenneth Spiehs Subdivision;
