<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trost, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by T.C. Enck Builders, Inc., as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trost Company, the
<br />Beneficiary namcd therein, dated the 19th day of October, 2004, recorded on the 20th day of
<br />October, 2004, as Document No. 200410234 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska has becn paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in
<br />and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb, Rev, Stat. Section 76-1001):
