<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE, SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FINANCING STATEMENT
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture
<br />Financing Statement ("Deed of Trust") executed by James E. Dean & James E. Dean Revocable Living
<br />Trust a (n) Individual (s) and a Trust, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, successor to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, NA, as a result of an acquisition and name
<br />change, as Beneficiary, dated as of April 25, 2002, and recorded on May 13, 2002, in Instrument
<br />No. 0200205117, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim
<br />and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title
<br />and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust and
<br />incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the
<br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.

<br />
