This <br />Deed of Trust was recorded 8/112005 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />200507421, in Book xxx at Page xxx. <br /> <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Meritage Mortgage Corporation, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Deutsche Bank National <br />Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of Meritage Mortgage LoanTrust 2005-3, Asset-Backed <br />Certificates, Series 2005-3.
