<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, ROBERT J.
<br />GREGG AND TERESA K. GREGG, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and as Beneficiary, dated October 15,2002, and recorded on October 22,2002, in the
<br />office ofthe Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200211449 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
