<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, LONNIE B.
<br />DIXON AND KATHRYN E. DIXON, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank
<br />as Trustee and as Beneficiary, dated October 3,2006, and recorded on October 23,2006, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall COWIty, Nebraska, as Instrument Nwnber 200609394 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, WIder said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
