Pursuant to that certain Lease Agreement with Tenant dated June 1, 2008 (as amended <br />from time to time, the "Lease"), Tenant leased from Landlord the real property located 120 Diers <br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto (said real property, together with the buildings and improvements now or hereafter located <br />thereon, are collectively called the "Leased Premises ). <br /> <br />B. Landlord has executed, or will execute, and deliver to Lender a Deed of Trust and <br />Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement with Assignment of Leases and Rents (the <br />"Deed of Trust"), covering the Leased Premises, to secure a term loan (a "!&m") from Lender to <br />Landlord. <br /> <br />C.
