<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FINANCING
<br />STATEMENT (the "Deed of Trust") is made and delivered as of the 1tL day of June, 2008, by
<br />RMA INVESTMENTS, L.L.c., a Nebraska limited liability company ("Mortgagor"), having a
