<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Kelly S. Fitchhorn and Jon W.

<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200409972 in the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by the endorsement below;
