<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BARBARA A MOORE. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 12.2004 and recorded
<br />AUGUST 20.2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200408278 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />such premises:
