<br /> <br /> <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />.' <br /> <br />This Easement Agreement is made this ~ day of June, 2008, by and between <br />James E. Foster and Carolyn Foster, husband and wife ("Grantors"), and Hornady Farms, <br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ("Grantee"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />ft <br /> <br />A. Grantors are the owners of certain real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), and the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4, SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen <br />(14), Township Ten North (T10N), Range Nine West (R9W) of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />("Grantor Property"). <br /> <br />B. Grantors sold to Grantee certain real property described as: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3) Mainland in Section Fourteen (14), Township <br />Ten North (T10N), Range Nine West (R9W) of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />("Grantee Property"). <br /> <br />C. Grantors desire to convey and grant and Grantee desires to receive the grant of an <br />access easement for ingress and egress purposes over and across the Grantor <br />Property for purposes of providing continued and permanent access to Grantee <br />Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises and the payment of <br />consideration to Grantors by Grantee for the purchase ofthe Grantee Property, Grantors <br />and Grantee agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Grant of Easement.
