Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 19, 1997 as Instrument No. 97-103897 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to The Bank of New York, as Trustee on May 15, 1998 and recorded on January 20, 1999 as Instrument No. 99-100663 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to TMS Mortgage Inc. dba The Money Store on March 5, 2001 and recorded on May 14, 2001 as Instrument No. 2001-02016; further assigned to Wachovia Bank, NA on recorded January 26, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-00680; assigned to Wachovia Bank, National Association on November 16, 2004 and recorded February 7, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-01041; assigned to The Bank of New York as Trustee and recorded on January 30, 2006 as Instrument No. 2006- 00799; and finally assigned to Wachovia Bank, NA on June 14, 2006 and recorded on July 12, 2006 as Instrument No. 2006-06201. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated.
