Myers, as Trustee under a certain Trust Deed recorded as Document <br />No.99~ 104171, and an Assignment of Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.99- <br />107149, wherein the Trustors were Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L. Schultz, husband <br />and wife, and the beneficiaries were Ruby C. Schultz, with a life estate and present <br />income interest in the property, and James A. Schultz, Catherine A. Garrett, Peggy L. <br />Pesek and Judy L. Lindell, with remainder interests, and the Ruby C. Schultz Revocable <br />Living Trust, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given <br />in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and <br />reconveys to Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L. Schultz, Grantee, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Nebr. Rev. Stat. ~76~201) in Hall Countv, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract of land being part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eight (8), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska being more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter <br />of said Section 8 and assuming the South line of the Southwest Quarter as <br />bearing N 89055'37" E and all bearings contained herein are relative <br />thereto; thence N 89055'37" E and on the South line of said Southwest <br />Quarter; adistance of 609.0 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence <br />N 89055'37" E and continuing on the South line of said Southwest Quarter <br />a distance of 806.0 feet; thence N 00004'23" W a distance of 610.0 feet; <br />thence S 89055'37" Wand parallel with the South line of said Southwest <br />Quarter, a distance of 806.0 feet; thence S 00004' 23" E a distance of <br />610.0 feet to the actual point of beginning.
