<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through SCOTT K. KVOLS, it's authorized officer, as

<br />by C & S Leaacv Development, LLC, as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said

<br />bank, as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />
<br />reconvey,

<br />reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST DEED have beenfully paid and that such TRUST DEED and

<br />the note secured thereby has been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
