<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Douglas V. Vogel and Marcy J.
<br />Vogel as Trustors, to Duane A. Burns, as Trustee, for the benefit of Victor L. Gosda and Leola M.
<br />Gosda, Husband and Wife, as Beneficiary, dated October 1, 1996, and recorded October 2., 1996,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document no. 96-107750 and a
<br />Corrective Deed of Trust dated October 21, 1996 and recorded November 4, 1996 as document no.
<br />96-108695 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />The Westerly Thirty-three (33) Feet of Block Seventeen (17), and all of Block Eighteen
<br />(18), in Koehler Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />A tract of land situated in Block Eighteen (18) and part of Block Seventeen (17), of
<br />Koehler Subdivision, being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4), and a part of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision
<br />of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4), all in Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing
<br />at the southwesterly corner of Block Eighteen (18), of Koehler Subdivision; thence
<br />in an easterly direction for 198 feet; thence at a right angle in a northerly direction
<br />for 132 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction along the right of way of the C. B. &
<br />Q. Belt Line for 215.2 feet;; thence in a southerly direction for 40.5 feet, to the place
