<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o Best Assets, Inc., 501 Marquette Avenue, Suite 1200,
<br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55404, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 1, Block 7, Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated September 27, 2004, and recorded on September
<br />28, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200409561 wherein Jose R. Alvarez-
<br />Hernandez and Colleen R. Alvarez, husband and wife are named
<br />Trustors; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is
<br />named Beneficiary; and John W. Herdzina is named Trustee, ,'7herein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $60,500.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof. That by Substitution of Trustee dated May 19,
<br />2005, made by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of John W. Herdzina.
<br />The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on June 10, 2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 200505248 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
