<br />MARIETTA MENSIK, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Social
<br />Security No. 508-56-2240, have made, constituted and appointed and
<br />by these presents do make, constitute and appoint my son, GERALD L.
<br />MENSIK, of 4221 Arizona Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />68803, Social Security No. 506-50-7601, my true and lawful Attorney
<br />in Fact, for me and in my name, and to my use, to receive all
<br />monies that might be owing to me, to enter my safe deposit box, to
<br />make deposits and withdrawals from my savings accounts, to make
<br />deposits and write checks on my checking accounts, in any bank or
<br />savings and loan association where I may have such savings and
<br />checking accounts, to endorse checks of all kinds, to redeem
<br />certificates of deposit, all types of bonds, including all
<br />government obligations, to invest funds belonging to me according
<br />to his best judgment and discretion; to execute contracts, leases
<br />and generally manage any real and personal property; to sell and
<br />convey any of my personal property and any real property Which I

<br />Seventy-Five (75), Original Town now city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a rectangular tract
<br />of ground in size 50' by 66', having a Westerly frontage
<br />of 50' on Oak Street and bounded on the South by the
<br />North line of the alley of said Block,

<br />and in connection with such sales, to execute deeds, bills of sale,
<br />and do any and all other things necessary or incidental to the sale
<br />of any of my property; to collect accounts recei vable and pay
<br />creditors; to receive rents and all other funds, to execute and
<br />sign in my behalf all legal documents needed in the management of
<br />my affairs, including the execution and signing of federal and
<br />state income tax returns, estimates and declarations; to
<br />specifically endorse all government checks, drafts for Social
<br />Security benefits and insurance and Medicare benefits, or interest
<br />payments due to me, and to manage my property in every respect; to
<br />secure and provide for me any medical care or treatment, hospital
<br />or Skill-care/nursing home care and treatment, as may be Aeeded by
<br />me in the sound discretion of my Attorney in Fact; hereby giving
<br />unto my Attorney in Fact full authority and power to do everything
<br />requisite or necessary to be done in the handling, conserving and
<br />management of my affairs and estate as fully as I could or might do
