200804677 LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Consumer Solutions REO, LLC ("Consumer Solutions"), in order to carry out the intent and purposes of that certain Asset Management Agreement ("Agreement") between 406 Real Estate Services, LLC ("406") and Consumer Solutions, and in accordance with the provision of the Agreement, does hereby irrevocably appoint 406 and its officers, employees and agents (hereinafter "Manager"), as its true and lawful attorney-in-fact, with full power of substitution to execute, acknowledge, seal and deliver contracts, deeds and instruments of sale conveying and transferring title of the Managed Properties to third party purchasers, appropriately completed, with all ordinary or necessary endorsement, acknowledgments, affidavits, and supporting closing documents, including but not limited to HUD-l settlement statements, as may be necessary or appropriate to effect their execution, delivery ,conveyance, recordation or filing, insofar as such actions are in compliance with and in furtherance of 406 obligations under the Agreement. This Limited Power of Attorney shall terminate upon the earlier of (i) the date Agreement terminates, and (ii) date of termination of this Power of Attorney by Consumer Solutions. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement.
