<br />BANK, Crete, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 12, 2001 and recorded
<br />DECEMBER 20,2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200113114 or in Book No. _ Page No. _on the following described property:
