<br />22090_(herein "Lender"), and ~ortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized under the

<br />Trust; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Deed of Trust is on a
<br />leasehold) are hereinafter referred to as the "Property," Trustor understands and agrees that Beneficiary holds only
<br />legal title to the interests granted by Trustor in this Deed of Trust, but, if necessary to comply with law or custom,
<br />Beneficiary (as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns) has the right to exercise any or all of those
<br />interests, including, but not limited to, the right to foreclose and sel1 the Property; and to take any action required of
