<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to THE SECRETl',RY OF HOUSING AND URBAN
<br />DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as Assignee, Grantee,

<br />55404, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />of Lot Ninety Four (94), Hawthorne Place, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated and recorded on July 16, 2004, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200407047 wherein Randy D. Zimmerman and Ronda L. Zimmerman,
<br />husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and John W.
<br />Herdzina is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to
<br />the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $60,900.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; that the
<br />beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Wells Fargo Bank, NA by an
<br />Assignment dated June 20, 2007 and recorded on June 25, 2007 as
<br />Instrument No. 200705315 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
