<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />Pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed on the 2nd day of August, 2005, and recorded on 3rd
<br />day of August, 2005, as Instrument # 0200507518 in the Hall County Register of Deeds, in which
<br />Prairie Creek Auto Sales, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation ofthe County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />is named as Trustor, and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, ofHal1 County, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Trustee and Grand Island Pump Co., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, involving the
<br />following-described real property, to-wit:

<br />That part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter (S ~ SW 1/4) of Section Thirty
<br />(30), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of th 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, lying south of the CB&Q Railroad right-of-way, except a tract of land 165
<br />feet wide east and west by 264 feet long north and south conveyed by the Lincoln
<br />Company to School District No. 54 of Hall County by Deed dated December 30,1888.

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, notice is hereby given that the Trustors have committed a breach of an
<br />obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit:

<br />Breach by Borrower under the terms of Secured Promissory Notes for 2006 and 2007,
<br />which include but are not necessarily limited to:
<br />
<br />Failure to pay sums due under a certain promissory note for 2006, including,
<br />without limiting the generality of the foregoing, failure to make the following
<br />payments. There is a current balance on the note of $76,664.21 Principal, $0.00 Regular
<br />Interest and $10,936.80 Default Interest as of May 22,2008. Daily accrual of interest is
<br />$25.20 per day after May 22,2008.

<br />Failure to pay sums due under a certain promissory note for 2007, including,
<br />without limiting the generality of the foregoing, failure to make the following
<br />payments. There is a current balance on the note of $118,080.00 Principal, $7,008.80
<br />Regular Interest and $7,192.44 Default Interest as of May 22, 2008. Daily accrual of
<br />interest is $45.24 per day after May 22,2008.

<br />This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that
<br />purpose. Unless you notifY this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you
<br />dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is
<br />valid. If you notifY this office in writing within 30 days from receiving this notice, this
<br />office will: obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgment and mail you a
