<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Dawn M. Peard, trustor, to Farmers
<br />State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, Silver Creek, NE, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of
<br />Bank of Clarks, Silver Creek, NE, Beneficiary, and recorded September 13, 2002, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200209653 in the mortgage records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
