SCJ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ana Marino, a single person, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, in <br />lieu of foreclosure, conveys to Bank of Clarks, formerly known as <br />Farmers State Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation, hereafter <br />referred to as Grantee, the following described real property in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Thirty-one (31) in Russel Wheeler's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all <br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto <br />the Grantee, and to its successors and assigns forever. <br /> <br />Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee and with the Grantee's <br />successors and assigns, that she is lawfully seized of said <br />premises; that they are free from encumbrance except for easements, <br />covenants, and restrictions of record; that the Grantor has good <br />right and lawful authority to convey the same; that the Grantor <br />will warrant and defend the title to the premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br /> <br />This deed is an absolute conveyance of title and is not intended as <br />a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any kind. The <br />consideration for this deed is full release and discharge of all <br />debts, notes, obligations, costs and charges on account of and by <br />the terms of a certain deed of trust in the original principal <br />amount of Forty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Three Dollars <br />($48,403.00) given to Farmers State Bank, now known as Bank of <br />Clarks as Beneficiary, recorded on August 8, 2002, as Document No. <br />0200208311 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds.
