<br />single person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated June 25, 1998, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 98-
<br />106167 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
<br />Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
