Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed oft), 5 D <br />Trust dated June 6, 2003, wherein John L. Woldruffand Linda K. Woldruff, Husband and Wife <br />are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on June 11,2003, as Instrument No. 200307378 and a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />September 22,2005, wherein John L. Woldruff and Linda K. Woldruff, Husband and Wife, are <br />also the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on September 29,2005, as Document No. 200509653, both of which contain <br />as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Six (6), Elrod Estat~ubdivision, an Addition to the Village of AIda, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deeds of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Notes secured by those Deeds of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated June 6, 2003 and a <br />certain Note dated May 9, 2003, consistent with the terms of an Agreement for Substitution of <br />Collateral dated September 22,2005, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the <br />terms of the Trust Deeds referred to above which secure th. .is ObligatiOn.).~. / <br /> <br />A!t2~ <br /> <br />Arend R.
