Rief was <br />namcd as Beneficiary. This Deed of Trust was filed for record on February 7, 2006 as Instrument <br />No. 0200601090 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The trust <br />deed conveyed the following described real estate, the "trust property": <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Rief Standeven Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska, less and <br />excepting therefrom a tract of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska, <br />Department of Roads by deeds recorded in the Registcr of Deeds office, Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Document Numbers 200308995 and 200313515. <br /> <br />Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all <br />easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, which were refelTed <br />to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property". <br /> <br />Notice is herehy given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is as follows: (1) Failure to make <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above real estate to satisfy the ohligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 2, 2006, <br />owing from Trustor to Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which <br />secures this obligation. <br /> <br />The ahove debt will be assumed to be valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that <br />you dispute the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. <br />If you notify the undersigned in writing within this time period, he will mail you a verification of the <br />debt. In addition, if the original creditor is different from the above-namcd creditor, the name and <br />address of the original creditor will be provided to you if YOll request this information in writing from <br />the undersigned within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
