Stromer and Jennifer K. Stromer, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July I, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 0200308386, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />The South Seventy (70) feet of the West One-Half (WII2) of Block Eleven (11), in Pleasant <br />Home Subdivision of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EII2SEII4) of Section <br />Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
