<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed ofTmst made among, CLINTON J
<br />RUETHER AND CASSANDRA J RUETHER, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central
<br />National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated August 1,2007, and
<br />recorded on August 1, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 2007-06576 has been paid; and
