<br />total principal balance due and owing as of May 14, 2008, of Five

<br />Ninety Three Cents ($532,316.93) accrued interest of Thirty
<br />Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Nine Cents
<br />($30,117.09) ,and late fees and charges Two Thousand Two Hundred
<br />Fifty Five Dollars ($2,255.00), for a total of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY
