<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the _~y of May, 2008, Deutsche Bank National
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006.FF8, Asset-Backed
<br />Certificates, Series 2006.FF8, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against John A. Kistler, Tracy D. Kistler, Brokers Title, Trustee, Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, and the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human
<br />Services, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br />foreclose a deed of trust given by said John A. Kistler and Tracy D. Kistler, husband and wife, to
<br />Brokers Title, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting
<br />solely as Nominee for First Franklin, a division of National City Bank of IN, Beneficiary, to foreclose
<br />any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above.named defendants, to
<br />obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust, including all buildings, structures, improvements, and
<br />attachments located within the above.described real estate pennanently affixed to said real estate and
<br />made a pennanent part thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated
<br />March 31, 2006, and was recorded on April 6, 2006, as Instrument Number 200603000 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to.wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Sixteen (16) in Fonner View Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on April 30, 2008, as Instrument Number 0200803650 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
