Goosic, <br />A Single Person. as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee. which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on December 5,2001, as Instrument No. 0200112480, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned.
