<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
<br />successors and assigns, 1 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL
<br />60606, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Three (3) of Elm Place Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 21, 2004, and recorded on April 27,
<br />2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200404136 wherein Brent A. Eigenberg and
<br />Penny L. Eigenberg, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and Ticor Title Insurance Company is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $60,800.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. to Everhome Mortgage Company by an Assignment dated February
<br />15, 2008 and recorded on February 22, 2008 as Instrument No.
<br />200801433 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated February 15, 2008,
<br />made by Everhome Mortgage Company, Grantor was substituted as
