LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, in a Trust Deed from Nyla <br /> <br />Bell dated August 15, 2005 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> <br />Nebraska on September 12,2005 as Instrument No. 0200508948 the Beneficiary of which Trust <br /> <br />Deed was U.S. Bank National Association, ND, does hereby notify the above-named persons of <br /> <br />a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following-described real <br /> <br />estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE NORTHERLY HALF OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE <br />(5) IN BLOCK SIXTY ONE (61), IN WHEELER AND <br />BENNETT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLEAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has <br />occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the <br />payments on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on the 14th day <br />of December, 2007, and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal <br />sum of Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty One and 19/100 Dollars ($32,221.19) <br />together with interest thereon from the 14th day of November, 2007 at the rate of 6.74% per <br />annum together with accruing taxes and advancements. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold such <br />property to satisfy the aforementioned obligation. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />
