Kemptar, Trustee, a Single Person is the Trustor, which was filed <br />for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 16,2004, <br />as Instrument No. 200400505 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), in the Third Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated January 13,2004, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, FIRST STATE BANK, pursuant to the tenus of the Trust <br />Deed referred to above which secures this obligation. <br /> <br />First State Bank, Trustee <br /> <br />"~.7 ;;tJ <br />B ha?/~ <br /> <br />~rend R.
