<br />PARTIES: This Deed of Trust is made on May 09,2008 among the Grantor, Duane J Deis AND Dianna J Deis,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE ("Borrower"), AREND R BAACK, ATTORNEY, whose residence address is P. O. Box
