Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Larson <br />Construction, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, the following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Sixteen (16), Sass Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, a part of Section 14, Township <br />11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Larson Construction, Inc., its <br />successors and assigns forever. <br /> <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title <br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons <br />claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and <br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />This Deed is subject to the liens, encumbrances, real estate taxes, tax sale certificates, <br />assessments, easements, restrictions or covenants of record which Grantor is not entitled to convey <br />pursuant to Nebraska Statute Sec. 76-1010(2) R.R.S., 2003. <br /> <br />, //I~v <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Trustee has hereunto set his hand and seal this ~ day of <br />September, 2005. <br /> <br />3 <br />
