<br /> SUBORDINA TION AGREEMENT
<br />
<br />(COWCTIl1:E).
<br />This Agreement made this 8 day of May, 2008, between Centris Federal Credit
<br />Union, its successors and/or assigns, ("Lender") and Centris Federal Credit Union,
<br />("Credit Union").
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Centris Federal Credit Union is the beneficiary under a Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage dated July 26,2006 and recorded August 3, 2006 at Instrument # 2006-
<br />06896 in Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska to secure a loan in the original
<br />principal amount of ($26,200.00) to Timothy S Hieb and Tina J Rieb, a husband and
<br />wife, ("Borrower(s)") and covering the following described real estate:
<br />
<br />LOTS 4 AND 5, IN BLOCK 10, IN CLARKSON'S FIRST ADDITION TO ALDA, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Lender proposes to make a loan to Borrowers not to exceed the
<br />principal amount of $44,000.00 to be secured by a first mortgage or trust deed upon real
<br />estate covered by the Deed of Trust/Mortgage of Credit Union and described as above,
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS, Lender has requested Credit Union and Credit Union has agreed to
<br />subordinate the lien of its trust deed to the mortgage of trust deed to be taken by Lender,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises the parties agree as follows:
<br />
<br />Credit Union hereby expressly subordinates the lien of the above described trust
<br />deed to the lien of any mortgage or deed taken by Lender from Borrowers and declares
<br />the lien of the trust deed to be junior and inferior to the lien of Lender upon the lands
<br />described therein; provided, however, that the subordination of the Mortgage of Credit
<br />Union shall not apply or be effective as to any amounts, exclusive of interest, in excess of
<br />$44,000.00 secured by the mortgage or trust deed of Lender, recorded as Document
<br />#2008-01831.
