CITY OF GRAND ISLAND. HALL COUNTY. NEBRASKA The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3130 W 13TH ST. GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803-2443. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Interest rate is now 6.0%. extending the maturity date to May 9. 2013. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
