<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ed A.
<br />Meininger and Carmen Meininger, Husband and Wife and Marcia K. Schwaderer and James Schwaderer,
<br />Wife and Husband to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 27, 2005, and recorded
<br />December 15, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in
<br />Instrument #0200512266, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
