<br />STUTZMAN, A SINGLE PERSON WHOSE ADDRESS IS 2704 BURWICK ROAD,
<br />WOOD RIVER, NE 68883 to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 17, 2003 and
<br />recorded JANUARY 24, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska INSTRUMENT NUMBER 0200300882 has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
