<br />ROBERT B. LEWIS, herein called the Grantor, for and In
<br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND
<br />AFFECTION, received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto ROBERT B. LEWIS, TRUSTEE, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together

<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized of
<br />said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except liens,
<br />easements and restrictions of record, and that I have good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same; and I hereby covenant to
