<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Constructions Security
<br />Agreement Deed. of Trust executed by SAPC INVESTMENTS, a Nebraska
<br />general partnership, Trustor to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor in interest by
<br />consolidation to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor in interest by consolidation to The
<br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />February 17, 2000 and recorded March 7, 2000, as Instrument No 0200001877 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with
<br />the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Deed of Trust and Acknowledgement in the following described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises;

<br />Lot One (1) and the West Thirty (30) feet of Lot Two (2), Lush
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />comprising all of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Seven (7), in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, situated in part of
<br />the South Half (S1/2) of Fractional Section Seven (7) and part of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/ 4SW1/ 4) of
<br />Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a certain tract
<br />conveyed to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 83-004241.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
