<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GREGORY L. GALLES, is the
<br />Successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about July 25,2005, by and
<br />between JARED L. LEWANDOWSKI and TRICIA N. LEWANDOWSKI, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Trustee,
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRON1C REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., Beneficiary. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded on July 25,2005 as Instrument No. 2005-07057 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust having been assigned by virtue of an Assignment to U.S.
<br />BANK, N.A., filed for record on January 24,2008 as Instrument No. 2008-00575 ofthe Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated January 25, 2008, and recorded January 30, 2008, as
<br />Instrument No. 2008-00720 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ninety-One Thousand Five
<br />Hundred Forty-One and 68/100 Dollars ($91,541.68) and other good and valuable consideration
<br />received from U.S. BANK, N.A., does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto U.S.
<br />BANK, N.A., (hereinafter "Grantee" where appropriate), the following-described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:

<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />Lot One Hundred Fifty-One (151), Buenavista Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns:
<br />
<br />1. That JARED L. LEWANDOWSKI and TRICIA N. LEWANDOWSKI, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, failed to pay to Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and
<br />the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon at once immediately due and payable.
<br />
<br />2. That a Notice of Default as required by ~ 76-1006 was filed by Grantor on January 30,2008,
<br />as Instrument No. 2008-00721 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to
<br />notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with ~ 76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.

<br />3. That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days
<br />after filing ofthe Notice of Default.
<br />
<br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on March 10,2008, as Instrument No.
<br />2008-01964 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of said
<br />Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with ~ 76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />5. .' That Grantor as required by ~ 76-1007 published a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on
<br />April 23, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West
<br />First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in The Grand Island
<br />Independent, a legal newspaperofHa11 County, Nebraska, oncea~eek for five consecutive
<br />weeks commencing on March 12, 2008, and ending April 9, 2008. The last publication notice
<br />was at least ten days prior to the Tru~tee:s Sale hel~ on April 23, 200~ anj sr~i? sale was. not p"j/ /
