<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on February 29, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-101466.

<br />On or about March 8, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded March 20,
<br />1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-102042.
<br />
<br />On or about June 28, 2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. The Assignment was recorded September 7,
<br />2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200408897.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
