Depue, a <br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and Trustee, upon a <br />Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about August 3D, 2002, by <br />and between Miguel Mateo Pedro, a single person, Trustor, and Bank <br />of Clarks, formerly known as Farmers State, Bank, Beneficiary, and <br />Ronald S. Depue, Successor Trustee, which Deed of Trust was filed <br />on August 30, 2002, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 200209155, herein called the Grantor, in <br />consideration of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), received from <br />Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Bank of Clarks, herein called the Grantee, the following described <br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County Subdivision of <br />the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (Sl/2 SE1/4) of <br />Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commenc- <br />ing at the Northwest corner of a piece of land in said <br />Lot Thirteen (13) (described in the deed from Christian <br />Hamm to Anton H.
