<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />DAVID ROSS WACHOWSKI AND WLIE A WACHOWSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />APRIL 17.2003 and recorded APRIL 28. 2003 in the Office ofthe HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200305189 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises

<br />MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION RECORDED ON AUGUST 11, 2000, UNDER DOCUMENT NO.
<br />200006518 OF THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA RECORDS
<br />
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
