<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated June 7, 2005 and executed by Universal Builders, a General Partnership, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Document #0200505351, in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 14th day of June, 2005, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK "E", PARK VIEW SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (NEl/4) OF SECTION TWENTY NINE (29), AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(NWl/4) OF SECTION TWENTY EIGHT (28), BOTH IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (II) NORTH,
<br />RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR
<br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS RECORDED IN BOOK T AT PAGE 187 AND THE
<br />CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS IN WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED IN BOOK 68 OF
<br />DEEDS AT PAGE 597 AND BOOK 1 01 AT PAGE 182, ALL RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
